Born on March 29th, 1985 in Roswell New Mexican. Gerina Michelle is her first name. Gerina Stevenson's parents were Mexican Alan Stevenson & Rita Stevenson. Stevenson is Mexican as well as American. Since the age of a child, she's always had a strong interest in playing athletics. Gerina began playing golf after she reached the age of 15. Gerina graduated from Goddard High School. In high school she won New Mexico's state golf championship. A volleyball player, she participated in state championships. She began attending the University of Texas. As a senior, she won each tournament in which she played in. In her undergraduate years, she was awarded Conference USA's individual player of year as well as UTEP Female Athletic of the Year.
